This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all software services and subscriptions provided by HAM Software through the InnPlate platform ("we," "us," "our"). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Nature of Services
InnPlate is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurants and hotels to manage their bookings, customers, menus, rooms, and related operations. HAM Software does not own or operate any listed restaurant or hotel, nor does it handle payments between hotels/restaurants and their customers.
3. Subscription Fees and Payments
- Certain features of InnPlate may be available through paid subscription plans.
- All fees and pricing are displayed clearly before purchase or renewal.
- Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable once the service period has begun, except as provided under this Policy.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further renewals will be charged.
- After the subscription period ends, access to premium features will be discontinued.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Payment made but services not activated within 7 business days (due to HAM Software's fault).
- System malfunction directly attributable to HAM Software that prevents usage for more than 5 consecutive days.
Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
- The user discontinues service by choice.
- The problem arises due to internet failure, third-party system issues, or misuse by the user.
- Services were used substantially before requesting cancellation.
6. Refund Process
- To request a refund, email our support team within 7 days of the payment date.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for purchase.
- All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of HAM Software.
7. Third-Party Transactions
HAM Software is not responsible for any payments or refunds between a hotel/restaurant and their customers, as such transactions occur directly between them.
